Bookings must be accompanied by a 25% deposit per night

Two weeks notice must be given via email or writing for return of booking deposit

Deposits for bookings made less than 2 weeks in advance are non-refundable

There is a $10/ night fee for each additional guest beyond occupancy (children under 12 are free)

*NEW*There is a $10/ per night fee for each pet to a maximum of $50. We ask that pets be on leash while on property
